  • Ridgemont advised a large Spanish logistics business on the fit out and lease of a substantial warehouse. Our team ensured that the client was kept fully informed and had absolute clarity at each juncture.

  • We advised a large commercial tenant on a dilapidations claim brought by an Institutional Landlord who intended to develop the property at a later date, raising legal arguments that heavily discounted the claim and resulted in a speedy settlement for our client.
